Hannah and the team at Wigan are so helpful around deliveries - I had an urgent need for 4 sims that the post office said they couldn’t deliver - Hannah checked the CCTV to prove they hadn’t been then watched like a hawk until they came back and phoned straight away do I could set up my equipment just in time for a major client - they are all super friendly and do what ever they can - highly recommend

It's very hard to explain how good these people are. Incredibly helpful,polite and nothing too much trouble. Louise is a complete superstar and I am so grateful I have met her all businesses should have a Louise. Only spoken to Alex once but what very nice polite person. Absolutely brilliant staff at Meanwood…

Absolutely brilliant staff at Meanwood Road, Leeds. They could not have been more helpful. Showed me round the units so I could see the size I needed and explained the booking process clearly. Ideal location for my son's belongings during the university summer break. Very reasonable pricing and lots of extra storage equipment (boxes, bags, tape, etc) if you need them. Will definitely be back next summer.

The team were really helpful, I needed a storage unit last minute and they went out of their way to show me a video of the unit and how to easily access it. They got me registered and with a unit within minutes. Once there, I got into the unit with no issues and I’m happy with how secure they keep it

I had my whole household belongings stored here for two months. I was originally booked in another local place before here and when I visited the day before moving it absolutely smelled horrid of damp. I could not bear storing my couch, beds etc there. Rang these guys and they sorted me storage straight away, they are only slightly more expensive but well worth it if you need your belongings to be in a dry, clean, non damp facility! Access is easy yet very secure. They also offered insurance at a really reduced rate which is more than can be said for their rivals. Really easy to deal with. Would definitely use again if I need to.

Most of all I was impressed with the service, from the day I first made an enquiry to moving out. The Storage Team in Wigan were helpful and professional The facilities are easy to get to and there is plenty of parking outside. Inside is brightly lit, even inside the units. The space is clean, dry and safe. My property felt very secure in storage here. Always plenty of trolleys available for moving things in and out, the large roller doors meant it was never a problem even moving large items in or out. The on site facilities like a toilet and the small kitchen were useful too. If I ever need storage again I would have no hesitation to choose The Storage Team Wigan.

Dissapointed!

I was offered a great price on a storage unit at there Widnes branch. I was told it would be an ongoing price that they gave me. I paid for 12 months storage initially and they confirmed I would pay the initial set price for as long as I kept the unit. However, they have raised the price twice, the second time I rang to complain, so they put it down to my first price increase price. However I am extremely unhappy that the price went up in the first place. They told me that the price for the unit could be rented out for more. When it was offered to me at the ongoing price I was quoted, they were only too happy to take my money as they had several empty units. I feel quite annoyed they have done this and will be removing my belongings as soon as I can!.

Friendly and helpful staff. From opening the unit to the end of my texture, the staff were on hand to help as needed. The facility is well maintained , clean and airy. Would definitely use hhem again if the need arose. Closing the contract when the space was no longer needed was simple and they returned the deposit swiftly. A good all round experience.

We used Wigan Storage facility for 3 years, All the staff have been friendly and helpful during that time, most recently Louise and Alex have been providing excellent customer service. Response to emails have been fairly quick and calls returned when required. The units are decent and secure, would recommend.
