We are sorry if we haven't responded to you, but I have checked our database and there is only one enquiry from someone named Fran on 20.4.23 and that person received an immediate reply. If you would like to provide more details I will be happy to look into this for you. We are disappointed that you have chosen to leave this review. We are seeing unprecedented demand for property at the moment with between 40 to 70 enquiries for each listing. We always try to reply to all enquiries, and we understand that it can be frustrating trying to book viewings in a competitive market where the number of renters far outweighs supply.

GoogleI have been with lilac letting for nearly 4yrs now and i can honestley say the staff go all out to help as much as they can. Both debbies that own the bussiness are fantastic you couldnt meet two better ladys than them . For example i had a problem over christmas when lilac lettings were closed but debbie soon sorted it for me .
