We found Lilac at the top of the list as they were the easiest and most comprehensive to deal with even over the Christmas period.The house we rented hadn’t been rented before so there was a couple of minor issues and Lilac were quick to respond. Hi Craig, we are sorry that you have chosen to leave a negative review which can have an impact on our business. We receive many positive reviews based on our friendly approach. You spoke with a director during your call and your criteria was taken down, but you were not the first to request a viewing and this was explained to you. We were inundated with requests to view that property and we carried out viewings in order of those who booked one and for those who met the criteria. Unfortunately, you knowing the property owner is not always the criteria we use on a fully managed property and the owner understood this. The property owner has chosen to use our services and trusts us to act in everyone's best interests. We simply did what we are paid to do, but we cannot please everybody all of the time.
As someone who told us that you own your own business you must understand the impact your review can have. It is very easy to react in this way and we kindly request that you consider taking it down please.
If you feel that you would like to call the director to explain how you feel that she was rude, she is happy for you to do so. We work in an open office where calls can be heard by other directors and staff members. We are not rude or inconsiderate of people's needs, but we do understand that finding a home can be frustrating when the rental market is buoyant and homes rent quickly when they are with a good agent. Please keep an eye out for other available Lilac listings, once you have reconsidered your review.
