GoogleWorst letting company going ...rent out damp decaying buildings and don't do any maintenance on them then have cheek to increase your rent ....Do not use these cowboys

Hi Martin/Leanne. Firstly, renting out 'damp decaying buildings' is completely false information. You reported a damp issue, which you then refused the contractors assess to get the issue sorted. You then told us you was leaving the property two days before giving us the keys back, without giving your notice as per your tenancy agreement. We then went to the property with a contractor to find NO DAMP what so ever, which the contractor confirmed. We also manage the other 9 flats in that building and do not have one problem with damp in there. I personally think we have been more than lenient with you as you was originally illegally sub letting the property from our previous tenant, which we then gave you the chance to take out your own agreement and you couldn't thank us enough. We work extremely hard to run this agency and our portfolio of properties proves we do a good job, so please do not publish false information about our company. Hi again Leanne - just to add to this I have just spoken with Martin who was the tenant, not yourself, who has just apologised for this and admitted he was totally wrong, the property is not damp and wanted to move back in.
