Once we had agreed the sale of our property, another one of the girls, Coral, effectively became our case manager. GoogleOlivia came to value our house and straight away i felt at ease as she was very professional friendly and knew her stuff. My house was sold to the first buyer and wasnt an easy journey but the team stuck by me during the ups and downs of my journey. Coral was kind and caring and supported me throughout my journey and was always there reassuring me that we would get there in the end which we finally did yesterday. 0 star then I had a very disappointing experience. My employer came with me and confirmed that I have a job, a contract, and stable income. I provided payslips and all requested documents. I was told there would be no problem if the referencing passed, but my application was later refused based on information from a previous agency, without any proof being provided or my explanation being properly considered.

On the day of your viewing, an offer was accepted early that morning, we tried to call you twice on the number you provided to us, however received no response. We also have proof of this on our system of the exact times the calls where made, and they were on the same number that you called our office on. I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience, however it is out of our hands if you do not answer or return our calls after we already informed you that confirmation is required on the day.

GoogleBooked a viewing to view a property for the second time. I had put an offer in on this house so was very interested in purchasing. I had made an appointment for 16.45 on Friday the 20th of October, I have been left waiting in the cold and rain. It was also very embarrassing as I had organised to bring other members of my family. The sales office haven't answered the calls and after waiting for over half an hour with no contact I left. I am also considering retracting my offer as I have 0 faith in the company and there blatant lack of communication.

Hi Hannah. I'm very sorry, but we are extremely confused by this. We don't know which property you are relating to, and we do not have your name anywhere on our system. We had a 2nd viewing booked for a property which somebody had already put an offer down on at 16:45pm Friday, however this was under a completely different name, and they called us to cancel the appointment which was also confirmed via email.
