GoogleI rented a property with Kay Collins for 7 years. I have no complaints at all. They have been helpful from beginning to end. Specifically Coral, Olivia and Jasmine who have each been extremely professional and friendly right to the end of my tenancy. Would recommend this letting agent.

KCL has managed properties for me for 20yrs so I speak with significant experience of their business as it’s developed over that time. GoogleIf you need something doing like damp on your walls dont look to turn to these guys same old same old everytime we will phone you back oh if i had a penny you have to call them back days later.. I wonder were all the other 1/2 star reviews have got to. We pay our rent every month with no issues and keep the house looking nice and even upgraded it ourselves and the minute you need help there is none.

Hi Stephen, here is the reply I have just posted to Jenna's review. I personally think this is completely unfair as since you reported the issues of the damp patches on the wall to us on 12th FEBRUARY 2018, everything was done and completed by March, this reason for this was because I had to have 2 different contractors out (a general maintenance contractor and a roofer) and we also had to wait for the weather to be dry to carry out the works. I have multiple emails between you, Jenna and I updating you, multiple emails between myself and the contractor who I instructed the day you called, and multiple emails chasing up the maintenance making sure this had been authorised as the landlord liaised directly with the contractor with the quotes for the works, when I then let you know that it would be done over the 'next couple of weeks', weather permitted. Your emails to us stated you have been facing issues over the past 3 years of constantly reporting this, which I cannot comment on as Kay Collins have only been managing your property for a year now since taking over the portfolio from PPM rentals who were the agents of your property previously, therefore I can only defend Kay Collins from the jobs being reported to us in February. I completely understand your frustration if you have been reporting these issues previously to us taking over the management, but I find it completely unfair for you to write this review about us as I manage over 500 properties and work very hard and I have never had a complaint like this. GoogleAbsolutely dreadful, when we were forced to move out because our landlord had died, they didn't even care about helping us to find anywhere, they had houses coming up on their agency and we were not informed about one, when we called them enquiring about any property for letting with them, they had already fully booked veiwings and unbelievably asked if we'd like to be put on a call back contact list, I couldn't believe that we weren't already on the list of new property's, after receiving our notice we asked for their help considering we had two months to leave.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting company, applied to rent a house ,explained my position accurately, including all problems ,also had a guarantor ,who has excellent credit,house owner and business owner for 19 years, was informed everything was OK and just needed to pay a fee ,which I did immediately, only after I paid ,was I informed I'm not suitable, very disappointing and people need to be aware not to pay the fee ,scam in my opinion, won't let me leave 0stars

Hi Sarah. Please do not post reviews about us like this after all the efforts and hard work we put into the property. The authorised works totalled over £4000 in just 12 months as everything you reported was dealt with, from extractor fans not working, to drain blockages, to damp patches, along with Lisa fighting to get you a new kitchen in the property, which you then give your notice to leave just two weeks later. The property was left in a state which we are still rectifying now, along with rent arrears, so please do not write reviews about our company like this after being a tenant with us for so long.
