GoogleI am very satisfied by Belvoir Wigan service. My point of contact was Caroline, who was always very willing to assist me, quick at her responses and a trustworthy person. I would gladly choose to rent a flat from them again and I would also gladly suggest their services to anybody.

FacebookI have had two properties managed fully by Belvoir Wigan for the last four years. They have been excellent throughout. Professional, friendly and highly efficient. I have had zero problems and both flats have been tenanted 100% of the time. I am considering more investments and would not hesitate to entrust them to Belvoir.

GoogleThis is the first time I've dealt with Belvoir and the service has been very good. The people who dealt with me personally were so friendly. I don't think that there is any room for improvement Thanks again George Collins.

GoogleNot a bad word to say about Belvoir. Always helpful, pleasant staff and flexible. I’m often hard to reach with very little time to manage our property and Belvoir just manage it all for me. I have often contact with Helen, she is a top lady 👍 …
