The st.Helens. branch This agencie is so well organised and will explain to you everything u need to know when trying to rent a house they have spot on knowledge of the area and are super helpful when looking for a house. The agent that helped me with everything was eleanor smith she helped me find a house after i told her about our struggle finding one that allowed us to have our dogs and we manged to find and secure one within the same week such an amazing agent.

I’d like to say I am very happy with the great service recently provided by Claudia Tarr in the Wilmslow branch, she has been very professional, hard working and patient when finding tenants for my property. She’s an excellent communicator too: she’s willing to talk to you, she keeps you well informed, and takes on board your wishes and opinions. GoogleThe agent I worked with is Thomas Wynne, he was lovely, friendly and professional at every interaction. He wore a suit to the viewing which really impressed me, at other places the person hosting the viewing just wore casual clothes, which of course is fine but the suit definitely made it feel more serious and professional.

If I could give it a zero I would Property management on fully managed let USELESS…… save your money Go to a company which actually manages a property The list is endless …… inspections not carried out properly, rent increases not done, no action taken for 6 months on a child safety issue , damage in property not investigated, emails not responded to …. Rubbish rubbish company

Reeds Rains - Ilford, Cranbrook roadExtremely unpleasant to deal with. I had been calling every single day for a week regarding a rental property advertised to be told someone will call back. However no one ever did. I called yesterday complaining to Bernard, the branch manager emphasising the lack of customer service. He also told me he will call me back. To no surprise i did not get a call back. Called in to find more excuses and then was being told what and how to leave a review. I stated i wanted to complain and i was told to send the complain to the person i would be filing the complaint against! LoL! I have never come across such a counter intuitive demand before. DO NOT use these guys. They have such a disgusting attitude. Anyone wanting to rent out their property, do NOT use them. They do not care about whether your property needs to be rented out or not. This could very well have been a happy landlord whose property has been rented. However it is not the case due to this embarassing property agents and the manner in which they deal with customers. I will be taking this further to HR or MD. I am leaving review on every platform to raise awareness. Stay well away from these guys!

GoogleI trusted my house to sell with Reeds Rains. Images took was not acceptable they was took and published when my tenant was in the process of moving out.I spoke to them and emailed them and Auction company numerous times to say I wanted pictures retook,this was not done Communication was very poor. Very unhappy with sale and Reeds Rains.

Poor service. Refused to let potential buyers view . Later discovered our agent and buyer were related . How unprofessional, all actions fell into place discovered the motif that they were determined who would be buying our property. Would definitely not use this hull branch or recommend

Guisborough branch . Well without going into to much deatai I had to sell a property I didnt want to sell even though I knew I had to / was my child hood home and my mam & dad had sadly passed away and that house held so many memories ❤ the girls at reads & rains made it an easier process my two favourite girls cathy shes fab lovely lady who cant do enough to help you and helped make the whole process easier ..thanks cathy you've been fab . And our sian shes been brilliant to constant updates very very polite and so so helpful all the way cant fault them one bit .100% perfect .thankyou girls .would definitely 100% recommended all the girls at the guisborough branch have been fantastic but especially cathy and sian so well done girls you're the best .cathy & sian thankyou I'm sure I'll bump into yous in the town or b&m at some point thankyou both from the bottom of my heart .very kind regards. I spoke to Reeds Rains after having my property on the market with 2 other agents for 7 weeks and no luck. Elliot gave me an up to date valuation and went on to let my property within a week. Whilst they are more expensive than the other agents, there is a reason why. I've actually ended up saving more money by paying a premium for a top estate agent and letting the property straight away rather than having it sitting there empty for months on end. Can't recommend them enough.

From start to finish, Reeds Rains Carrrickfergus provided a service that exceeded all my expectations despite the current COVID-19 restrictions and the challenges facing us during this pandemic.Their communication was timely and clear throughout, keeping everything on track as far as both selling my property and purchasing my new home (luckily, and thankfully they were the agent for both my sale and purchase). I thank and commend Lynsey, Chris, Karen and Lisa. I found them professional, dedicated and committed to me as a client - nothing was ever too much trouble and I was always made to feel as if I was the most important client. Without a doubt they are best estate agent I have ever dealt with, going above and beyond (which just seems to be the norm for them). I would highly recommend them , and if you are thinking of selling or purchasing then look no further.
