I had already had my house up for sale with another agent who made the process very stressful and frustrating.
Taking it off this agent and putting my property back up for sale with Temme English was the best thing I could have done they even took time out of there evenings to come to my property for the valuation.
So impressed with everything they did and would 100% recommend them.

GoogleQuite possibly the worst estate agents I have come across. Turned up to a viewing for someone to go in ahead of us and the owner was told we cancelled our viewing. A few weeks later something similar happened again, turned up to a house and the owner had no record of our viewing despite me calling 3 times to make sure it was confirmed.
Made an offer on one house and when it got rejected, Jamie couldn’t even pick up the phone to tell us (even though we had been on the phone shortly before) but emailed instead. Find this very unprofessional.

Hello, Le La. Sorry to read your review. It's hard to locate your details and speaking to the branch manager we haven't been made aware of any complaint. I am reading your experience that you didn't get to view anything through us but still managed to make an offer on one of our homes. I would like to know more from you. We haven't employed the staff member you mentioned since Autumn 2021, so I am not able to question him either.
The only time we messed up over a viewing appointment years ago, we reimbursed that person the petrol money and gave a gift voucher as it was out of character for us and we wanted to hold our hands up.

Don't know why the negative reviews are on here , we was with another well known estate agent for 15 weeks and they done nothing really for us only 3 or 4 viewers in that time , would not let us end the contract etc , so at the end of the contract we went with Temme English of Basildon 2 weeks to the day they took our house onto their books they had sold it for us , they was phoning us to keep us updated with feed backs etc Dean & louise are brilliant , hav'nt had much dealing with anyone else really , our sale is going through nicely & they are still keeping us informed every step of the way , cannot thank them enough they are always friendly & helpful nothing is to much trouble even when i ask what i class as a silly question they always seem to put my mind at ease , WELL DONE TEMME ENGLISH 100 % recommend this estate agent .
