just purchased 23 Moresby Rd of R Watts in wibsey Clare Oconnor was the girl facilitating the sale and purchase, Through out my purchase Clare kept in touch giving me updates, chasing solicitors on both sides making sure the sale went through as smoothly as possible. Each time i went into their offices in Wibsey Clare was very helpful and patient with me I would highly Recommend Robert Watts Regards Mr Wormald

GoogleDo not use for rentals, they (estate agent Lucy) colluded with landlord to keep our deposit. On inspection before we moved out Lucy said she was aware of issues with property when we moved in, but after we moved out she had amnesia and claimed property was in great condition, landlord said she was going to take me to court, so I waited, unfortunately it was a stalling tactic as the deposit scheme they use didn’t have my contact info so I wasn’t given the info I should have been so I wasn’t aware that they would give landlord deposit after six months of I didn’t take her to court, as I said before she said she was taking me to court so why would I take her… BE WARNED. Make sure the deposit protection schemes have your new contact information. Or they will contact you at your old address!

GoogleSo arranged a view to see a property over the weekend. Waited for half an hour for someone to show up but no one did, not even a courtesy call to say their running late etc. The estate agent calls me to see how the viewing went and when advised that their just wasted my time and no one showed up the started to blame each other. Jokers not the first time this has happened with RW.
Mohammed we are really sorry this happened and we have apologised for your wasted time. However as we explained the vendor was doing the viewings and the one prior to you had been ok so we don’t know why there was an issue with yours.

One before her took all my details and sent me a marketing email although I never opted for one. This is against the GDP. That was sales

GoogleI have got to say Julie the manager speaks to people with such distaste. I'm shocked that anyone can think it is acceptable to speak to someone the way that she believes is acceptable. I live in hope that this review will make her evaluate how she addresses people in the future. To say she is rude would be putting it nicely.

GoogleVery good to start off with but the sale and timescale of sale became too pushy, obviously to get it ended quickly, ended up withdrawing house from these estate agents. I would not recommend.

GoogleWe have sold houses multiple times and without doubt this is the worst estate agent we have ever dealt with. If you want someone to value your house and then tell you you should take 30k less for a quick sale then Robert Watts are the company for you and by quick they mean 6 months. They are liars and completely incompetent. Once you agree a sale you can rest assured they won’t do anything else. They are an absolute disgrace. Use purple bricks, same service quarter of the fee
David we have addressed your complaints privately and there is nothing more we can add. However we really do not know what we could have done differently to speed up the sale.

GoogleEvery single house i have enquired they turn around and say booking is not available even if you call 5 minutes after the house is uploaded! Its a joke how even when houses have been available for months its now suddenly on offer when i ask but nothing on the advert? Makes no sense how its the same excuse the past 2 years. Wont even let you put an offer on. I just feel as though they make things difficult for people. I give up even bothering with them.
Mr Khan we are sorry you have felt the need to post this and we will look into your concerns. As we take these matters very seriously. You will however appreciate there is such strong demand at present that it makes it impossible for everyone to view the houses when they come on.
