GoogleVery professional and considerate. As a first time buyer they guided me through the process and helped me make the best decisions as well as answering all my questions. Very professional when liaising with broker and solicitors. Julie was very helpful.

GoogleThey got an offer for us very quickly and those people bought the house. Clare and Carly at Five Lane Ends were very helpful and guided us through the many issues that arise when selling a house. Overall, a very satisfactory service from Robert Watts.

GoogleRecently sold a property with Robert Watts, Wibsey. Excellent service from everyone in the office, particularly Amelia who always returned my calls promptly, answered my queries and kept me updated. I have given 4 stars as the property was undervalued at valuation stage by £15k, surely the person who attends to value before marketing the property is aware of the area, market conditions & what other like for like properties are being valued at.
Thank you Anita for the review and feedback and we’ll let Amelia know your comments. We take on board what you say about the valuation but the bullish market has been difficult to predict and increasing demand has sometimes pushed up values beyond our estimates. However our job is always to get the top value for you by using our progressive marketing and hopefully you were happy with the end achieved value.

GoogleROBBINGGREEDY & LIARS ESTATE AGENTS SHOULD BE THE NAME , Where shall I start with these Crooks Put property on markets cheap so every calls the office, Only to be told they are fully booked more lies Gain lots of interest from the local community for the House, Have no intention of calling anybody back to book a viewing. I was willing to pay the asking price no morgate etc would sell me the House , This is not the first time this happen to me with these Pathetic Estate Agents 4 times same deal. Thats why I thought ill leave them a review and let others aware of what they are doing Lie that there Diary is full all the time, apparently there Diary has been full since 1995. Live next door to 1 property recently they put for sale and told me they had viewings all week, not a single person called round at all. Called again and same excuse again were busy full etc More Lies Waite for the best bit below SURPRISE SURPRISE They call all back and ask to put the highest bids in a sealed envelope the greedy People the highest bidder wins WHY LIE AND TRY TO BE GREEDY AVOID THIS OUTFIT THAT CALLS IT SELF AN ESTATE AGENT WATTS STAFF NEED A CLEAR OUT AND MANNERS

GoogleHaving to sell mums house after her passing was made so much easier by Jenna arranging valuation, listing and viewings. They also arranged contact with a brilliant conveyancing solicitor and updated us on progress and completion. I highly recommend Robert Watts.

She said the property would sell within 24 hours. The next day - i had a buyer!!! Julie also was amazing. Constantly in touch with me ....updating me on the process always. GoogleSadly I had a very bad experience with this estate agent. A complete lack of communication as I was always chasing them for updates and they only arranged only two viewings in the entire time they had the property on the market. I've now gone to a local estate agent, rather than a franchise who have provided a better and more personable experience. And have secured me much higher offers. Wasted several months with this agent, if I only accepted the other negative reviews as the truth.
We are obviously very disappointed to receive this review and apologise for any breakdown in communication as this was not our intention. We are not a franchise agent however and pride ourselves on being a family business and our local roots. We do wish you all the luck with your sale moving forward.

We don't live locally and just didn't have the knowledge of the area to get things done or the ability to show people round. Julie & Lucy put us at our ease and were absolutely incredible - they really helped us see where our house was strong, and how we could add a bit of value easily. They even helped with introducing us to reliable, cost effective and good trades people. Their professionalism, proactive approach & outstanding knowledge of the local market is an example not just to other estate agents - but to any professional who believes themselves to be an expert. They understand the market, have a balanced view between vendor and purchaser and a total can-do attitude. Nothing was ever too much trouble - and the service level exceeded expectations at all times. Just in case you're not sure how good they are, we went from a live listing on the 25th of January - to completion on the 28th of April. This wasn't luck, or a cheap house - this was dedication, salesmanship & a desire to work with us to get the property sold to our timescales. I have recently used this agent to sell two properties, both were sold within a few days. All the staff were very helpful and assisted me in all aspects of the sales. This included obtaining services from other agencies and also being a good link between myself and the purchasers. My last sale was managed by Jayne Gallagher who was, despite my inability to remember her name on more than one occasion, always helpful, informative, pleasant and courteous. I would just like to say a massive thank you to both Jayne and Julie for helping me through the sale of Beckhill which I bought as a buy to let property. There were a few hick ups a long te way bu both Jayne and Julie were constantly on the ball chasing it and getting i across the line, so I really appreciate all they did for me. GoogleI've recently purchased my first home, knew nothing about the process which in itself is already stressful. The staff at Robert Watts really made this experience easier, Julie was fantastic.
