GoogleHeard many bad things about booking and securing student accommodation, but the services of student tenant made it easier as all service you require (i.e. insurance, bills etc.) are made available through the same system.

GoogleAbsolutely useless, two of our chairs were broken upon moving in and they said “chairs are a cosmetic item so we do not need to replace them” also I didn’t have a key when I moved in so I asked for a keypad code and it was the wrong code and as a result I was locked out for 3 hours

GoogleWorse letting agent i have come across. Very bad customer service currently holding my rent payment with no clue when payment wil be made. I would never bring any of my peoperties to this company as a landlord would strongly suggest any firm but this.

GoogleThey're quick into pressuring students to pay high fees and rent but when it's time to get back your deposit they ignore you and take their time.

When it's time for your deposit to be returned, we have to await the landlord's instructions on whether they will require any deductions, due to damages or other rectifications that need to be made. Unfortunately this can take some time as we await the necessary quotes and check out reports, but we do our very best to ensure everyone is kept informed of what stage the return is at. Our reservation fee is clearly stipulated when securing a property; in the terms and conditions when signing up to our website, on every property advert before submitting a viewing request, and in the majority of our automated emails. We are legally required to receive confirmation that every user who has signed up to our website understands these terms and accepts them before booking a property. Your daughter agreed to pay the booking fee to secure the property and from our understanding, she is still going ahead with it for the following academic year. We we pride ourselves on providing an affordable solution for students looking for student accommodation and believe our fees to be some of the lowest in the industry.
