We recently bought a house from Mark Smith estate agent. They are fantastic, they did their best during this unusual time to answer and chase all my queries. They were especially helpful in the period from the sale being agreed right up to completion. They helped the communication flow between us and the seller, which is especially required when buying a property in COVID times.
