Superb team, friendly, professional, & transparent! | I'm so pleased I went with my gut feeling and used Nikki and her team at Spiller Brooks in Whitstable to sell my house. From a technical point of view I received an asking price offer within a week of going on the market, which completed within the expected timeframe. However Spiller Brooks go much further than the technical services required. Nikki, Jeanette and Annabel understood all the emotional implications of selling a much-loved home as well as the financial aspect, and dealt with the whole process warmly and sensitively, something I'm ever so grateful for.
