Louise Daly is the only reason I give 5 stars 🌟 she was amazing in keeping me updated every step of the way during the sales process, she liaised with my solicitor and buyers solicitors and my buyer which made the whole process much smoother as I didn't need to keep contacting my solicitor, shes like having your own wee PA shes brilliant

GoogleFabulous estate agent from start to finish. The initial visit was incredibly thorough - so much research and thought into pricing. Marketing was excellent with innovative and realistic descriptions. Viewing communications and feedback were 100% easy and knowledgeable. Sale process made smooth and stress free by up to date contact. Nothing seemed too much trouble and the delegation of work in the team worked really well. Lovely people to deal with and highly recommend using them.

Raised the issue of getting a new EPC done with the property manager, setting out our rationale and asking for her thoughts on the matter. She replied promptly and gave her recommendation in clear terms. She offered to get an EPC assessor lined up if we didn't have anyone we wished to approach ourselves to do the necessary. We happily accepted her offer.

GoogleSeven years ago, MIles & Barr were the selling agents for our present home. We found them to be honest and fair and that's why we approached them to act as our agents when the 'Seven Year Itch' started scratching. And Wow! they found our buyer within a week of listing our home. We must say that we found every team member involved at each step of the process to be proactive and knowledgeable. In a nutshell, they are very tidy & efficient Agents and I give them 10/10 for communication, professionalism, teamwork and cheerfulness.
