Having decided to use Miles and Barr for the sale of our house we found the entire team to be really helpful. We received emailed confirmation of viewings all of which were accompanied by M&B staff. We got prompt feedback following the viewings. Once the sale was agreed we were handed over from the sales team (Megan and Sophie) to the progression team (Annie) who gave regular update and helped get the sale over the line. Should we move again in the future we would definitely use Rob and the team.

Jade, solicitors side of my house sale and whom I was in contact with regularly was incredibly patient, helpful, continuously tried to help me with progression of my needs as I was particularly not good with digital, online communication, but she did anything she could to help me. Miles and Barr, estate agents in Dover, who together with solicitors were just absolutely amazing. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, kindness and from start meeting Ashley, who was incredible, truly understood my predicament, offered help from himself and his amazing team at Miles and Barr, introduced me to Flori, whom also went beyond her job to help me, truly genuine in all her actions, in more ways than I can describe. Brilliant first time buyer experience!

Miles & Barr have been great from start to finish in my flat purchase journey. A fantastic property manager

Miles and Barr managed the property we let for 14 years. We had numerous property managers in that time and it has only been in the last 6 months since Rachel Hodson took over we have been totally happy.
