All the Miles & Barr team went above and beyond to assist but especially Olly Beldeau-Simpson at the Whitstable branch in looking after my partner and I and helping us sell our property. My circumstances were exceptional however, nothing was too much trouble and Olly treated us more like a family member rather than a client. Just completed on the purchase of my property and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Olly was in attendance at each of the viewings at a few different properties before he suggested I viewed the property I purchased. From start to finish his communication was outstanding. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants for the property and suggested multiple properties in the area at each point of my budget. Then after finding ‘the one’ he then informed with the process and who I will hear from at each stage and passed me on to his colleagues in the sales progression team to deal with the completion. I will be using these guys when I look to buy again and will be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you once again!

My house was on the market for a long time before it was sold. Everyone at Miles & Barr were very supportive and did everything they could to help us get a sale. Scott was very helpful along with the rest of the team.The person who stood out the most was Debbie Mead the Sales Progressor. Debbie was amazing and worked tirelessly to get things sorted out for us. She was responsive and empathic towards our situation and was very knowledgeable about the whole selling process. She liaised with the solicitor and pushed them along when they were not completing things in a timely manner. I was shown around 2 properties yesterday by a lovely lady called Mia Steven’s from Miles and Barr . Looking for a home can be very stressful and Mia put us at complete ease . She was very bubbly , chatty lady and answered all of our questions . Mia gave us plenty of time to look around each property and explained in great detail what would happen next .
