GoogleI recently bought a property through Sawyers and they couldn’t have been more helpful. This was my first home and I’ve had some problems with my own solicitor. GoogleNigel and his team were positive and engaging. We were selling due to bereavement but found their professionalism and empathy really helped in a difficult situation. From the outset we really felt like Sawyers understood us, the situation and the house and its location. They kept us up to date throughout the process (without being overbearing in any way) and all the advice they gave us proved to be correct. GoogleI would highly recommend Sawyer's. Our journey to buying a house was not an easy one, with 2 houses falling through late in the process. Sawyer's were always sensitive and supportive. They were the only agents I dealt with over a year, who were ethical and weren't purely out to make money. They helped us eventually find our third time lucky house, and every dealing with them has been straight forward, professional and very friendly.

GoogleWe enlisted Sawyers as my Mum was downsizing from a home she had lived in for 40 years to a smaller bungalow. Sawyers dealt with the sale and purchase of both properties. The service we received from the entire team at Sawyers was absolutely faultless. Every email and telephone call was dealt with promptly and efficiently. We felt fully supported and cared for as if we were a unique customer, even though this is a very busy family business. Nothing is too much trouble and this helped ease the anxiety of a big move. It is very rare these days to receive such a high level of customer service. We would highly recommend Sawyers.

They give an honest value for your property , they have potential buyers to hand , viewings are organised and feed back from these is always constructive . They are professional and friendly and after an offer has been received they are good at getting any chain involved sorted wether it’s is within their property list or leasing with other Estate Agents . Buying property through them is also successful as they are willing to work with you to secure a property and negotiate with the seller on your behalf . Can recommend.
