GoogleWe got there! After a lengthy completion process we finally made it. Helen and the wonderful Sawyers team worked relentlessly to the very end to get things sorted. Helen was excellent and worked so hard for us. From the initial valuation to the very end , the team were professional and the valuation was accurate. The photographs of our property were accurate and beautiful. I would highly recommend this estate agency if you are thinking of selling in North Tyneside.

GoogleThe team have been awesome. They helped support the sale of our house during trying times. With their knowledgeable assistance we were able to quickly secure a sale when summer returned. The sale itself was far from smooth sailing. Yet Andrew and the team were constantly on hand to help resolve these hurdles. Truly they kept going above and beyond in supporting us and the buyers to get the sale done. Awesome.

GoogleI have recently sold and bought a property through JG Sawyers. The whole process from start to finish was handled by the whole team in a professional, courteous manner. We were in a long chain and Andrew ensured all estate agents and solicitors were in a communication loop so all parties received the same information at the same time. They recently handled the sale of two of our properties simultaneously and the level of professionalism, dedication, and genuine care they showed throughout was exceptional. From the very beginning, they kept us fully informed, offering clear updates and honest guidance at every stage. At times when the process threw up issues which felt insurmountable, they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to smooth the way, resolve issues, and keep everything on track. Their calm, proactive approach turned what was an extremely stressful experience (moving home is in the top 3 of most stressful things you do/ experience for a reason!) into one we felt supported through from start to finish. Thanks to their hard work and perseverance, both sales completed successfully and we are incredibly grateful. GoogleI felt compelled to put a review on here as although disappointingly I didn’t feel able to progress with my house purchase with Sawyers, they were nothing short of outstanding and undoubtedly the most supportive, friendly and professional estate agents I have communicated with. They are a credit to this profession and I would recommend their services to anyone selling/purchasing a property and have no doubt they would make what can be an otherwise stressful time, more bearable and manageable with their level of dedication and support.

This is because, as buyers, we have been with numerous agents, and quite frankly, the agency that most willingly and professionally represented the interests of the buyer while balancing the needs and desires of the sellers was Sawyers. First impressions when I met Nigel were that they were very profesional and new exactly what they were talking about. GoogleSelling our home in Whitley Bay was a lengthy process due to an unpredictable property market. We had support and guidance from Nigel, Daniel and Andrew at different occasions throughout the process. At times it was turbulent and stressful but I have got to say that Andrew was a rock. Andrew was always professional supportive and extremely helpful. His reassurance at difficult times was very much appreciated. Thank you to the whole Sawyers team. Highly recommended from us.

GoogleAs a first time buyer it was all very confusing however the staff at JG Sawyers where extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process, no matter how many times I rang them they were always happy to deal with my request quickly and efficiently. Even after I had purchased my new flat and I had to ring during with a couple of queries it was never a bother.

GoogleI would not hesitate to recommend this company. From the very first visit to my home to completion of the sale the staff were friendly, efficient and professional at all times. Although they are a very busy office I felt prioritised at all times and nothing was too much trouble.
