GoogleThis has been the 3rd time Brannen and Partners has provided us with a tenant find service for our property. I would highly recommend their services as they have been helpful and professional every time. I would like to give particular mention to Liam Bradshaw who has been very friendly, communicative and efficient through out. I would certainly recommended the agents to anyone looking to use a similar service.

GooglePartner viewed a property to rent and applied. We found out let had been agreed couple weeks later. Can’t really say the agency and its staff have much class if they can’t notify applicants if they have not been successful.

GoogleHorrible customer concern. Quick to take money but awfully slow with response rate. I had to physically go in office to get answers as to why I wasn't hearing from them. Impossible to get ahold of and rude staff. I spent time and money working with them just to be ended with nothing. Will be getting my money back.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleTotal joke. Phoned to inquire about a flat I'd seen on Rightmove. Was not offered to view the flat but was offered others. Only when the landlady put the flat with another agency was I able to view the flat I had wanted to view. A chimp could of done a better job!
Hello, we only have two properties currently on the market in Wallsend for rent. Both of which are sole agency with ourselves - neither are on the market with another agency so I am afraid I am not familiar with the property you have mentioned. Certain landlords have stipulations as to whether they would accept or decline certain potential tenants based on their circumstances - such as whether they would consider pets / housing benefit etc. If you mentioned a situation which our staff knew a certain landlord would reject, then I would certainly have expected them to discuss alternative properties that may have been sensible alternatives. GoogleBrannan and partners are the managing agent for my property. They have invoiced me my annual service charge but i don't know what i am paying for. I have asked them umpteen times to send me itemised breakdown of the annual charge, they keep avoiding the question or sending the budget sheet for hundreds of other properties. They have told me to employ my own accountant to workout how much they are charging me. How can my accountant know what they are charging me, how "ridiculous". I must say they are the most unprofessional bunch of malicious cowboys i have ever come across. Please please avoid them and take your business elsewhere. They've got to understand you can not mess people around.

GoogleTotally Terrible. Loads of promises regards the level of service and the professional management service they offer. In actuality the maintenance department appears to be run by a couple of near teenagers that can't organise a knees up in a brewery. Who to compound there ineptness tell lies. The in house plumber seem to be used at will even organising gas safety checks when they have been sacked as the agent! Oh, and attending to fix a leak they then cant find or explain but charge anyway.1 is too high a rating AVOID AVOID AVOID

GoogleRecently put the house on market with Brannen & Partners after getting 3 valuations from different estate agents I have to say lucie from brannens was the most professional but helpful and explained everything step by step. Lucie took fabulous pictures of the property and everything she said Brannens would do has happened I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agents excellent service.

GooglePoor service, got handymen who came and threatened us at our house. Complained to brannens who seemed to take it out on us. One of rooms smelt heavy of smoke but response was I can't smell anything so it mustn't be there. You really had to chase up these guys. Other lettings companies just not this one
