We have used Anstey Letting, now under Beales, for several years now to let our student properties. We met Rhys Williams and were immediately blown away by his positivity and enthusiasm. He has his finger on the pulse of the market and was able to let our properties very quickly at the best rental rates. We subsequently met the rest of the team who were all great. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to let out their properties.

She was also happy to help answer any questions we had too, as this was our first time renting via an estate agent.
