Katie did a truly exceptional job of progressing what should have been a simple straightforward sale , being a cash sale, no chain or mortgage on either side however it dragged on for 4 months!Without Katie’s help and support I think I would have been under heavy sedation by now! She kept up a constant pressure on slow moving solicitors, always polite but always precise and to the point.She is a great asset to her employer, but even more importantly she is invaluable to their clients.

GoogleVery bad experience. They are coming to your house when you tell them not too.They don't care that you have to sleep as you working nights and have to take care of patients in hospital and they coming at 12-1pm(middle of the night for me). They don't care even if the owner of the house is telling them not to disturb(knowing the work pattern) as he knows very well how the house is kept . They just don't leasten,don't even tell you a time when they come,they are just coming to you when and how they want. Pressing the call bell for 1 minut non stop until they wake you up and just make you angry. WON'T EVER RECOMMEND !!! NO RESPECT AT ALL !!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Try to stay away as they think they are the owners of the houses and will make just what they want when they want and how they want ! Never had any problem like this with any other company and I am a good tenant,payments on time never had any problem with landlord or... This company is just UNPROFESSIONAL and have no RESPECT ! PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!

I therefore decided to ask them to value my Dad’s house for sale.Lucy Watt came out to appraise the house and talk through everything.I ultimately decided to go with Lucy over the others that came for valuation as she was very knowledgeable about the market and the area and understood what I needed.She gave me knowledgeable and informed options with my criteria in mind.The main reason I went with Lucy though, was her enthusiasm. She was excited about the property and the challenge of finding the right buyer for me.I would recommend her to anyone.

It is so good to give credit where it's due instead of leaving poor reviews because it's the only way to get a reaction from a poor performing company. I can not fault Beal's right from the start. My point of contact was Jack. Unlike many estate agents I have had the misfortune to have dealt with in the past, he actually listens to what the customer wants. His advice was sound and I have to be honest, made me look at something from an angle I would not have thought of. I think many other estate agents could do with a few more Jacks and perhaps the industry may be in a better place . Thank you so much for your professionalism and help.
