GoogleThanks to the team at the Whitehaven Office we progressed from Karen's valuation through to 'sale agreed' in very few days. The experience and cheerful approach by the team ensured that we had a smooth run through what can so easily be a … More

GoogleHonestly the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with, just use first choice you’ll be better off. Yourmove fail to properly maintain their properties plus half arse the job when they do try, can’t provide information on their own lease agreements, try to stick you with previous tenants bills and then to top it off try and find any excuse to keep your deposit. I dread to think what they’re like during house sales. Just don’t use them.

GoogleThe most proactive estate agents l have had the pleasure to work with. Denise, Helen and team have been supportive through the highs and lows of selling houses. I only wish they were in other parts of the country.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAwful experience from the Workington branch ( now closed). I had been liaising with them for over 12 month on a property that was for sale through them. When I rang to make an offer on the property when mine had sold I was informed that an offer had been accepted the previous week on the property. When questioned why as an interested party they had not informed me I was told that the buyers had sold privately; which turned out not to be true. I would be reluctant to purchase any property through them and would definately not recommended them as an agent to sell a property. Awful treatment.

GoogleAwful communication from YourMove, caused issues between ourselves and the buyer. Employees don't talk to each other, causing several phonecalls to solve a simple enquiry. Rude when handing the keys over, apparently the buyers had 'waited long enough'. Shame YourMove had taken almost a year to sell the house and caused much of the delay themselves

GoogleFrom Denise on down the ladies have always acted superbly on our behalf. I have sold, bought and rented property through this branch and it’s predecessor at Workington and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Mr Lowery, I am sorry you felt the need to do a 1 star review with no comments, I will report this review as I can see 4 of your family have done the same and you do not know the full details of this case. I obviously cannot discuss this with you and we will discuss with the tenant. Regards, Liz Bolger, Director.
