Straightforward and reliable. Great first-time landlord experience

Delighted with the outcome of our first venture into the world of letting. Living at the other end of the country, we needed an agent whom we could trust to respect and understand our needs and preferences and who would guide us through the process, mostly by phone and email. Ryan and the team at Lillingtons have been on our side throughout, progressing matters, keeping us informed and generally inspiring confidence. We would gladly recommend their services to anyone else considering letting in the area.

As an overseas Landlord I have been using Lillington's fully managed letting Services for the past three years. Throughout the whole of this time I have found them to be both friendly and very professional in the carrying out the Services which they provide. I am kept updated at regularly on all aspects of my property. including all changes in legislation relating to the letting of property by overseas Landlords. I would be very happy to recommend Lillingtons to any future Landlord requiring these or similar services.
