Hello Allen I am very sorry you feel this way, I have reviewed your file and sadly the landlord of the property you were interested in would not have accepted your application, it wasn’t us being rude by us advising you that your application would be declined. We just didn’t want you to get your hopes up or make a long journey for no reason. I hope you have managed to find somewhere, We wish you all the best.

GoogleNot very professional, Poor website videos are poor quaility, cheap particulars no offices
Agent replied · 5 July 2023
Hello Mark I am confident in saying that I believe we have never actually dealt with each other? Even if we have a 2 second conversation with someone it is documented on our systems. Can you please contact us to to provide us with when we provided this poor service. Professional- this is the first negative review we have ever had, professional and provide great customer service is everything to us. Office - We do not have a high street office nor have we ever claimed to have one. We work from our offices on Wrexham Road, Whitchurch to keep our overheads/ fees to customers down. Particulars - we spend a lot on our particulars, please provide the copy which is cheap for us to review. Videos - these are done simply with an IPhone so that they are not misleading. Website - Please advise us where you feel this could be improved? Thank you Saul Mellor Get Moving Estate Agents
