If ever I have another property to sell, I will never look further than Get Moving Estate agents. Saul is as keen as mustard and eager to please. Always answers emails and texts swiftly and cannot be more helpful. Exceptional value commission and cannot be beaten locally. Sold a property for me, on behalf of an elderly relative who had gone into care, at a decent price, within 2 days of first seeing the property. Amazing work, no wonder he is starting to irritate other local estate agents! Well, what can I say about Get Moving? Honestly, I don't have a bad word to say. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt at ease with the whole process. As first time buyers, in a sellers world, even trying to get viewings on properties were hard, but Saul and the team would always respond to messages very quickly and would always have a viewing arranged for me. After a sale fell through, Saul was keen to help us get back searching and within a couple of weeks, we had put our offer in and had been accepted on our dream first house! Estate agents get a bad wrap, Saul completely obliterates the poor reputation and single handedly redeems his peers. Saul sold our house within 24 hours at the price we were happy with, he also got us a viewing at the house we purchased before putting it on the market because he understood exactly what we wanted and his personal level of service meant he could make the process as painless and tailored as possible. Our purchase was not an easy one, with challenges thrown at us throughout the process, as can happen to anyone when making such a substantial investment. Throughout the issues, Saul went above and beyond in making sure we were fully informed and represented both sides of the chain fairly and transparently. Without his input and time spent coordinating all parties to ensure everything was done when it needed to be, I'm quite confident the chain would have broken down. To summarise, if you're thinking of selling or buying a house, then you "better call Saul", as other agents may talk a big game, but I sincerely doubt any of them will be as personally invested, as helpful, or as successful as Get Moving. A massive help whilst purchasing a property! I recently purchased my first property through GetMoving and they were all amazing. Victoria and Rosie on the first desk are first class at customer service and ever so helpful throughout the whole sales process. It dragged on for almost 6 months but not through any fault of GetMoving. They were informative, assertive and always helpful wherever needed. My rental property won’t lock. This is considered an emergency situation as neither the property or tenant should be put at risk. They are aware that I’m going away and say nobody can come before then. I now have to call emergency locksmith smith and bill the letting agent. He seems to forget he has a duty of care. It did finally get repaired yesterday. It may be purely owing to the style of communication from the agent that does not indicate that anything is happening. Originally it was when ****comes to fix fence show him that too. Heres his number but I doubt he can come before Monday. At no point was I told leave it with me it will be sorted by the end of the day which is all it takes.
