I think Get Moving differentiates itself by actively working transactions and being able to develop creative solutions where these are required. Our sales process was quick and efficient and communication from the agent was plentiful and useful. Their flat fee was very attractive compared to the competitor quotes we obtained and their suggested solicitor proved to be excellent and truly independent of the agent (which was an initial concern).

The most unprofessional Estate agents I've ever had dealings with, will not manage the properties that he rents and sells, advertises properties that are not yet sold and is willing to take deposits for said properties but is then unwilling to return the money without hassle, the amount of five star reviews is baffling seeing as everyone else I have spoken too has had the same issues, absolute cowboy company, do not deal with this firm.

I have been treated with total professionalism. We were shown the property with full Covid precautions. Our questions were answered fully and any information that could not be provided immediately was answered a few hours later. Covid and problems with the availability of my lawyer led to considerable delays in setting up the formalities for the sale since it needed to be coordinated with a sale on my side, but I was followed up on a regular basis and I understand that the seller was likewise kept regularly informed. I should have no hesitation in using this estate agents again (although I profoundly hope it will not be necessary since moving is always a nightmare).PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Our recent house purchase was handled excellently.
