GoogleIn contrast to the previous anonymous criticism, I'm quite happy to admit to having been a client of and supplier to Brockenhurst for many years. They have smoothly sold a house for us and found several tenants for property rented out by my business. We've always had the rent and all the tenants they have found for us have been lovely. GoogleSo pleased to have David and Sarah open again in the office after lockdown. I started my rental through them over 5-and-a-half years ago. Since then I have had prmpt, professional, friendly service the whole time, whether it was for an issue with the house or any query. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I can honestly say that I feel part of their extended family, regularly popping in to say "Hi" if passing.

GoogleHad a great experience with Brockenhurst Estate Agents. They worked extremely hard and agreed to market my property through word of mouth. We had several positive viewings and a seamless onward purchase. Can’t fault the help we had from James, Andy and Clare.

GoogleVery difficult to deal with, no response to emails, and really quite unprofessional. The particular estate agent we dealt with did not seem too fussed about selling the house!
We are very sad to receive this message, particularly as Rightmove and the Property academy have recently assessed our office as the 18th best in the UK out of around 30,000 estate agents. We don’t have a client with your initials so perhaps you’d be kind enough to contact me to discuss your concerns, if in fact you are a genuine client of ours. It’s far better to talk directly rather than try to deal with anonymous comments placed in the public domain, which are all too often unjiustified, unfair and undefendable. GoogleWorst Estate Agency I have ever come across. Where do i begin: slow, aggressive, immoral and incompetent. Avoid them like the plague.
