A J Reid recently marketed my property, and I cannot praise them enough for the excellent service they provided. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, who were always available to answer any queries, and made the whole process of selling my house very straight forward. I had a buyer within a week, and I would definitely recommend using their services.

I would definitely recommend A J Reid.... they are a family run business, they have lovely friendly staff who will also try to help whenever and wherever possible. When they say they will call back they always do. Thank you for selling my house within 3 days of going on market... no messing around and no fuss.

Just read the sales particulars of a house for sale, Chemistry, Whitchurch. This was my lovely late uncle and aunties house and I am both appalled and shocked at the description used. Suggesting this house has never been in the lonely hearts column. It was a loving happy home for many many years and I think this is disrespectful to the owners who have sadly passed away.

I have used the excellent A J Reid Estate Agents to both purchase and sell property during the past 6 months. Throughout each transaction, the fabulous team where informative, realistic, honest, tenacious and above all, always available when I needed to contact them. Their marketing skills are just that little bit different, in a good way, which makes them stand out from the crowd. I had enormous interest in my property prior to agreeing to a sale less than 3 weeks after it had gone on the market and at a price I was extremely satisfied with! I highly recommend A J Reid as the first Agent you should contact when considering selling your property.

We are buyers and have had the pleasure of buying our dream home through AJ Reid. Their communication has always been fantastic and they are very friendly and approachable and honest which is unusual with estate agents. The sale has gone through extremely smoothly with them (under two months!) and it felt very personal dealing with them. They are genuinely happy to help and give advice right down to ideas on how best to remodel the house! This is our dream home and forever home but if we were ever to sell we would not hesitate in using them for selling. Highly recommend them for that more personal service and feeling that you are not just another anonymous buyer which is what we have had in the past with big chain estate agents.

As per previous reviews, despite challenging and protracted arrangements we faced in making the purchase, A J Reid were very supportive, with great communication and were very flexible in arranging visits to the property whilst we organised work to start as soon as we completed the purchase. When we first asked Jonathan round to value, we knew instantly that he was the estate we wanted to us. You get honest, straight forward advice. Jonathan sold two properties for us at the same time, both older properties and therefore issues which make the conveyance tricky.
