Chris is very personable, tells it how it is and guides the buyer and seller with updated information that is helpful. Keeps the communication lines open and doesn’t hesitate with intuitive timing. His knowledge and reading what people are looking for and expecting are grounded and balanced. His tenacity and commitment never wavered even though covid restrictions and circumstances and a slow sell through no fault of his own. The service and reassurance he gave throughout stopped any pangs of self doubt I might have had. In short a great guy to have on your side. Many thanks Chris.

Chris came, discussed our requirements , gave great advice then arranged a home report for our property Later he took photos of the property which were very good .after the house went live on the Sunday 4 viewings we’re lined up for the next evening and two very good offers the very next morning .
