Just a quick note to say how satisfied we were during the sale of my Mum’s house. Chris and the team, from Brown & Co Properties Ltd, made the process simple and the ‘PropertyFile’ Portal gave clear and informative information regarding progress on the viewings and final sale of the house. We had a ‘hic-up’ in the process due to the original purchaser pulling out over the festive period, for family reasons however, as soon as this info was provided by our Solicitor Chris and the team had the house back on the market and amazingly had three viewings setup for the same week, one of these viewers became the ultimate purchaser. Again, all this more than we expected, so Thank you again.

Our experience was extraordinarily difficult as we were purchasing a house through Brown and Co. The problem was out of the hands of the team in Lincoln as we ran into difficulties with our own house purchasers who withdrew on the day of exchange and the vendors found an alternative purchaser. However throughout the whole process our contact Zoe, was extremely competent, considerate and helpful. She kept us in touch and found the correct way through the problems of the breakdown in sale and even when it looked like we were going to loose the house she was still very empathetic to us and our circumstances. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart and she understood how difficult this process can be. Zoe is a contradiction to the oft held view of Estate Agents 'that they are not considerate to the needs of purchasers and vendors'. Her approach is extremely professional, very sympathetic and considerate beyond all expectations.

I can honestly say that Brown and Co were first class from start to Finish. Our house was marketed professionally and everyone involved in the process was helpful and answered any questions I had straight away.
