Absolutely first class service. Simon, Maddie and Hugo have been nothing less than amazing. Communication has been incredible, detailed and incredibly quick through out and nothing has been too much trouble. They have given great advice and are extremely knowledgeable in their field whilst being friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and have been so impressed with their efficient and professional customer service.

Henry and Harry were both very helpful throughout the purchasing process and found answers to all of my questions quickly. Some details should have been sorted out earlier on, such as what would be included within the property, but we got there in the end! Just make sure email addresses and contact details are correct!
Great feedback for us and to ensure that the data is correct is absolutely imperative. We now check every applicant in each meeting in order to hunt down errors such as this and we appreciate your help detecting this for us. Meyers estate agents Bournemouth were the sellers agents on a recent flat I purchased. Generally I felt they handled the process very well keeping me informed and the purchase moving as quickly as possible. Carrie was helpful and always quick to respond. They have a local, small family feel. My only negatives would be the property was below the standard I had seen months earlier and the moving day was frustratingly delayed. Overall I would be happy to recommend them and had a positive experience.

Claire, who I dealt with at the Wool branch was absolutely amazing. My flat purchase was an absolute nightmare due to pretty inefficient solicitors on both ends. It ended up with Claire getting information that the solicitors should have got and passing it over to them. If it hadnt been for the amazing work that she did I would have pulled out of the sale. Definitely 5 star review and more.
