I was about to view a property at 5.45pm and drove in the road and then received a call from there office ( 5.40pm) saying they would have to re arrange the viewing as they had got the wrong set of keys to get in the property.
I then saw some other vendors coming from the property with another colleague of the lady I was talking to ???
Very very un-professional and am unsure as to whether I believed what I was being told
My wife was so let down like myself as we had been looking forward to seeing the property all day.

Thank you for your message Matthew - it seems that the property went under offer around the time of your viewing and you likely saw the new buyers coming out... we are not in the habit of gazumping and so we do remove property from other viewers and then look to go to finance checks.. apologies if you wanted to purchase this property. We do provide a homefinder service if that road in particular is a favourite with you - please feel free to ask the Bournemouth office and they will help with that free service..
