I had a really bad experience with Carol from the Eastleigh estate agents. She cancelled our viewing 2 hours before when she had plenty of time to give us more notice, she had no idea what was going on and gave the impression she couldn’t care less and I could of booked somewhere else and not wasted my time. She didn’t even sound bothered on the phone. Very unprofessional service and I will not be using again!

GoogleWe have just viewed a house on sale with Goadsby with Laura. Laura handled the viewing perfectly. On arrival, Laura gave us the initial information while walking into the property and then did what I haven't come across on many occasions before: she let us soak in the house. She knew when to keep quiet and let us take in the features and views of the property. She was still available for questions, answered well and with honesty, while the lack of oversell was very much appreciated.

GoogleWe couldn't be more pleased with the service we receive from Goadsby's We have three properties which we let in Weymouth and their Weymouth branch (Weymouth Lettings)in particular have always exceeded our expectations. This was bought home to us quite recently when we experienced quite a few problems at one of our properties and it was such a relief to have such a professional and knowledgeable form of support from the Weymouth Lettings team behind us. As a result of the type of speedy and considerate help we've always had from Goadsby's, we always make sure there's a Goadsby's in a particular area before we even begin to look for a property to let there, as we wouldn't dream of using any other agency now that we've experienced the 'top of the range' service which we know we can always rely on from Goadsbys.

From going in and seeing the mortgage advisor, to viewing the property and putting our offer forward the team have been excellent, going above and beyond to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team in the Weymouth office to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you all so much, can't wait to get my keys and move into my new home.

GoogleWe have recently used Goadsby to sell our property and have been absolutely delighted with the professional but also really friendly and personal service we received. We have dealt with several different agents who have all been equally helpful and always available to answer our questions and we feel we have been given lots of support and reassurance all the way through what could have been quite a stressful process, starting with help and professional advice to achieve the price we needed, followed by regular updates on progress of the sale, all the way through to the agency really going the extra mile to ensure the sale completed smoothly in the final days. I am really pleased we chose Goadsby, I would use them again if needed and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for a professional but really friendly service in Weymouth.

Keep up Goadsby! It’s 2022 and customers matter. Revolting company. Mean, unfriendly bullies in all aspects. Misrepresentation of facts. Underhand and sly. Shockingly poor. Having read their replies to other one star reviews, it’s clear they do not learn from their mistakes. Never once did I receive an apology for the appalling treatment I received as their customer. Plenty of wonderful Estate Agents out there. Use them!

Wanted to view a property last week and had to chase the office as jo response to on line contact, then to be told an offer had been put in, not accepted at that time. This week booked to view another got to the property and had acall to say the offer on it had been accepted. I have more business accuman in my little finger than they have put together..

GoogleThere a horrific company to go with, they'll happily take your deposit for simple things. Dust on a lamp shade cost nearly £20 out of deposit. They don't do a inventory properly moved in as a third person and when took the tenancy over they still used the inventory of the previous tenants. There lazy and don't care if there's a problem. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a house to rent or buy

GoogleI cannot praise the Letting Team at Goadsby Weymouth highly enough. We have dealt with them for several years and have always found all members of the Team to be extremely courteous, efficient, helpful, approachable and friendly. I would particular like to mention Belinda Hine who has always been there to offer continued help and advice whenever we have needed it - we don't know what we would do without her.

Wareham lettings were useless. They have no concept that an empty property is losing money. They took far too long to do the referencing for me and then still expected me to pay the full amount of their bill. (I didn't.) They employ juniors who have no idea what they're doing. If you're a landlord, go elsewhere.
