I recently bought my first home through Fox & Sons in Burgess Hill and they were fantastic from start to finish - they helped me at every step of the process, everything from getting my mortgage arranged to setting up my solicitors, and they were always available in the branch whenever I had any questions at all. I'd recommend them to anyone!

GoogleRented a property from Fox and Sons and the service from start to finish was awful, sequence who deal with end of tenancy are dreadful and I would never use again. I waited nearly 3 weeks for any response about Deposit. If you search Sequence read the reviews it’s hundreds of other people as well. Stay away!

Made enquires 2x now to view a flat in Upton Poole , no contact by fox and sons , the best we got was a message from the branch manager asking to price our property up ? We replied to the email but no further response Avoid they clearly don’t want to sell properties

Fox and Sons Hastings are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Never call you back, fail to deal with complaints and fail to deliver on promises. I would avoid them at all costs and go elsewhere. Customer service is not a thing they understand.
