Bad customer service. I had to call them for updates because they never call back. Those two ladies dealing with rental properties are the most confused lot I’ve ever had to deal with.

1 star is being generous! Fareham branch staff are very nice but Fox & Son are anything but professional. The whole company is connected with other companies who are also reminiscent of a circus. No communication, treat buyers (also potential clients) like dirt, tell lies, customer service non existent. Will avoid if at all possible in the future but unfortunately unsuspecting sellers will still use them.

Even though we did not eventually pfind our ideal ome from the properties she offered us she was extremely helpful and professional and seemed genuinely pleased when we found one that suited us even if it was on the books of a competitor! Thank you for dispelling the myths about estate agents

They have not communicated or contacted us with weekly reports. They have not discussed why they are not booking any viewings. The photos of our property were of poor quality. They have not provided the service promised or any kind of service in attempting to sell our home. I would not recommend them to anybody.

GoogleI have had many of conversations with Nick the branch manager in Weymouth. He has undoubtedly guided me an many ways when it came to selling my properties. His service is second to none and I would never think to use anothers services. his knowledge is something anyone thinking of selling or buying should exhaust as he would really put your mind at rest.

Fox and Sons Saltash manage my property, Tom and Bethany seem to have a seamless process,and also seem to put my worries at ease. They even found me a tenant in the first week of my property being online. They are a welcoming friendly office, so much so that we normally end up chatting about our personal lives. Staff at their Gosport office very friendly and helpful but when it comes to sorting problems a absolute disgrace. We rented from them and gave a list of items that needed doing in the flat and none of these were ever but right. We have now been waiting four weeks for the refund of our deposit even though the landlord has authorised the full payment.Wouldnever use them again.

Update. I have now had 5 phone calls to ask if I want to list my property as a short term let. 5 times I have asked to be removed from their database.If Fox are reading this please sort the clueless team you have engaged to cold call.

Even 1 star is too much ! Over valued house by 45 thousand, then they informed us it was up too high! Had to chase them for feedback from viewings , staff extremely unhelpful ONCE they had the property on Their portfolio, have removed house from the market will wait until we are out of contract and use someone else, also their fees are astronomical.

DO NOT USE FOR RENTING. It took over a month and numerous emails for them to process the repayment of our security deposit. We had to do all the chasing - all they could supply was excuses. You have been warned.

Fox and sons- burgess hill branch Myself and my partner bought through fox and sons, the experience was stressful due to the seller of the house we were purchasing, but I can happily say that f+s were very supportive and helpful through this experience. 2 viewings in 5 months!! No follow-up or any communication is absolutely awful estate agents in Southampton. We feel like we've wasted our time. It's only caused us stress which isn't what we thought it would be!
