They had some changes in the team, so we had our ups and downs but since Sylwia Chlopek (property manager) joined the team the experience is always very positive. Great communication, never leaves you hanging and super professional.

GoogleDespite the tough market conditions the team in Weybridge did a great job in marketing our property with an offer wrapped up in very short fashion. From our house going to market to exchange of contracts the team have been excellent taking much of the burden from us. We would happily recommend Tim, Justine and the team.

I cannot Thank Lottie enough for her dedication of the sale of our home, from the very beginning to the completion, the communication was outstanding, the marketing of the property was amazing and our house sold within just 2 days of going on the market.I have brought many properties over the years and used other agents before, but I would never use another ever again. Professional, Straightforward & very ResponsiveAs buyers, we were impressed that Jackson-Stops Barnstaple were, unfailingly, all of the above. They struck a great and hard to strike balance of working for us as buyers and their original client, the vendors. We made it clear that we had a looming stamp duty deadline and they clearly worked hard to help us meet it. I can't rate Jackson-Stops Barnstaple enough. From the initial visit through to the completion, James & Ria were so professional (something that is often lost in these times). Our sale was of a non-standard property and I was worried that we would waste a lot of time but they vetted viewings perfectly. Their communication of viewings, offers, negotiations and the progressing of the legal side was outstanding. We sold "the village in a village" within 3 weeks and completion within a further 15, with Covid-19 and stamp duty pressures adding to the process. This is the first property sale I've ever had (and there have been a few!) where I actually believed the estate agents were working on my behalf. Would definitely recommend!

Anthony was brilliant. Throughout the process he was friendly, helpful and honest. He was knowledgeable on our property, the area and the market. And he was great to work with. GoogleI needed a one in a million buyer in order to sell my very unique cottage. I was very impressed with the speed at which JS found one. They seemed to have an address book at the ready for just such a purpose! Also, many thanks to Tim for his assistance with the exchange and completion at such a frenetic time in the industry, I doubt we'd have got there without his expertise and diplomacy.

From the moment Alan King came and did the valuation, which was spot on, of my home Jackson-Stops got it right. All the team members involved came and looked round the house and the surrounding communal grounds, swimming pool and tennis courts, so as to give the best viewing possible to potential buyers. It took a week to sell my house and my buyers at the time were not even on the market but sold their house within 24 hours of making an offer on mine, also through Jackson-Stops. Chris was in touch regularly with updates and sorted out queries with all parties. We complete next week.

We live in the USA and initially rented our house in the UK through Jackson-Stops: we were delighted with their service in terms of professionalism, responsiveness, experience and level of expertise. However, with the pandemic affecting operations at so many levels, we decided for the fourth year of the rental to manage the property on our own. By the end of that year, we found ourselves in a difficult situation with our tenants once notice had been served. Despite having no obligation to help us, Paula, our initial letting agent, very kindly offered us some excellent advice on how to handle matters and then went on to facilitate the tenants' handover back to us without further upset. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way the matter was handled and would wholeheartedly recommend Paula and Jackson-Stops as straightforward, straight-speaking agents in whom you can safely place your trust.

Fantastic service, simple process from start to finish. Lottie and the team were fantastic in both the sale and purchase of our new and old home. The property was not on the open market, so we would not have found it without their introduction.The chain was long, the exchange was complicated and stressful, due to a building regulation issue at our end. The team at Jackson-Stops Reigate were a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, knowledgable and efficient, they dealt with any question or query promptly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even printed out documents for me when I had no access to a printer. Moving house can be extremely stressful but they were calm and helpful throughout, helping to make the process as smooth as possible. I’d highly recommend them.
