Went to view a Flat with Val, she was on time and ready to greet us upon arrival. Very informative and professional throughout the viewing. She was not at all pushy and stood out from some of the other Estate Agents I have used recently. I would recommend based on my experiences so far.

YellSTAY CLEAR OF JACKSON STOPS AND STAFF
wish had the option to give a minus rating. Vacated the property and completed all contractual obligations however still waiting for the security deposit to be released after almost a month. Staff is passing this on to landlord with no initiative to resolve the situation. STAY CLEAR OF JACKSON STOPS AND STAFF!!!!

A bitter ending to what started out as a good experience. At the end of the lease agreement, JacksonStops only acted in favour of the LandLord, could not get their figures correct and left me having to recover monies directly with the landlord.
