Do not enter into a letting agreement with the Sevenoaks branch. If the property is JS managed then nothing will get done, even if it a hazard to you or your children. Then because of the special relationship between the property manager and the contractor you’ll get hit with a ridiculous bill on check out. DO NOT USE.

GoogleOften I find the experience of viewing a prospective property can be suffocating and unpleasant, largely due to pushy over-exuberant lettings agents. Luckily when we visited a property in Weybridge recently we didn't have this problem because we had Anthony show us around...
We found his manner to be perfectly balanced between advertising the property's strong points whilst also letting us explore the flat in our own way. At no point did we feel rushed or pushed in a particular direction, and his calm chatty nature made the experience far more enjoyable than it might have been. When we arrived at the Jackson-Stops office later that week to provide proof of address documents etc all of his colleagues were also very helpful and well mannered. We would recommend if you are looking for a property in Weybridge you don't bother with any other agency, Jackson-Stops is the place to go.
