Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Cannot recommend Haart lettings enough. Robert Appleyard, Morgan Wilson and Janet Macdonald have been brilliant. They answered all my queries quickly and professionally. All communication clear, easy to understand and from personable likeable people. Made me completely at ease about letting my property through them and it being in safe hands. I have moved from another letting agency and it's been a very smooth easy process. Tenants found in 4 days. Referencing done within a few more days. Property will be let within 2 weeks of them having the property. Absolutely fabulous.

I currently own and let out two flats which are being fully managed by Haart Lettings Agents. I’ve found Janet and Beth very helpful, friendly and efficient each time I have had any dealings with either of them. They have informed me of any queries, issues or requests from the tenants as soon as they have arisen with any maintenance issues being efficiently sorted out within 24 hours. As a result, the tenants in both flats have just renewed their contracts long term and I feel confident that in being managed by Janet and Haart, both flats are in safe hands.

The staff in haart were amazing - they helped me with every step of the process and not in a pushy way. It was my first let and I was really nervous as it's a big step and every team member I came into contact with were helpful and knowledgable. It made the process a lot easier for me and I felt confident the whole way through. If I were to recommend an agent then this would be the one I would return to without a doubt! ?

Would most definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Multiple issues, but mainly lack of contact, I always had to call up to get feedback from a viewing and only on one occasion did I get a call from them.I'm still awaiting feedback from a viewing 3 weeks ago after calling the office over and over again and being told someone will call me back yet no body ever does. I had to threaten to report as they would not let me leave the contract early, but thankfully now they have. I've called multiple times to request their sign be removed from my premises yet its still there weeks later. The list goes on and on.They tried to justify their extortionate selling fee with their top quality service, but itbwas the worst service I've ever experienced from an agent. Avoid at all costs
