Thank you for your review and positive feedback regarding our team. We respectfully disagree with the assertion that the property was filthy upon your move-in. An independent inventory and schedule of condition was carried out by a third-party clerk the day before you moved in. According to this report, the summary of cleanliness on the report was recorded as ‘Good domestic clean, minor surface smear marks’ . To maintain fairness for all parties, we rely on the third-party inventory report to determine the property's condition at the beginning and end of the tenancy, including cleanliness standards.
Your tenancy ended on 28th April 2025. Your deposit was refunded to you in full on 13th May 2025 without any deductions or disputes.

I have taken the time to look into this personally and listened back to the original call. It appears this was simply a case of my colleague mishearing which commercial property you were enquiring about, as the original property you were enquiring about had been let. It is particularly unfortunate because the conversation itself was friendly and informative otherwise.
This really was a genuine misunderstanding rather than anything intentional, my colleague is a very diligent and attentive member of the team so this is an exceptionally unfortunate circumstance, but I completely appreciate that from your perspective it resulted in a wasted journey, which is understandably frustrating.
Whilst mistakes can occasionally happen in any business, this is certainly not something we see happen as part of our usual process, so we are especially disappointed that this has been your experience.
