😀A wonderful family run business. Apologies for not leaving a review earlier but have had a bad bout of Covid and had no energy. I would like to thank David Plaister Auctions for their professionalism and caring attitude when selling my late fathers house via auction. A special big thank you to Chloe, Sophie and Luke and not forgetting David for all the hard work and skill in obtaining a sale. Thank you. As I lived some 100m miles from Weston David Plaister took the pressure off me and did a wonderful job. I was kept informed of developments and updated daily. Much appreciated.

There were a few legal issues during the process that were quite frustrating for us, but Chloe and the team at the office were always calm, professional and constructive and helped massaged the sale over the line. Myself and my Partner have been with David Plaister for 4 years and its our first experience of being being tenants. We have been well looked after by the letting team at David Plaister. From the moment we moved in, we wanted to decorate, which wasn't a problem at all. The landlord even provided some vouchers to help with the cost of paint/materials. When going through the process, they were always helpful in explaining things we didn't understand, and whenever there were issues with things like the boiler, windows ect. They were extremely quick to sort things out. I would especially like to thank Lucy, Louise and Ed for there continued support, and making everything easy for us. It's been the perfect home for our young family and we all will have fond memories there. Thanks again for all your help and we wish you the best in the future.

The staff in the offices are mostly all helpful and have been polite and professional. However, David himself couldn’t be any further from that. On the day of moving into my house I was met by David where he instantly verbally attacked my mum as he didn’t like an email she had sent prior. My mum apologised and he continued to repeat himself multiple times. It was rude and aggressive and made us both feel extremely uncomfortable. It ruined my day and excitement for my first place on my own. We couldn’t actually believe it happened. I then put in a complaint and requested that I never have to deal with him again. In my 3 years that was honoured well. However, upon my move out date I was told it would be him. I couldn’t be bothered to argue it and I just got on with it. He carried out the move out inspection and took great pleasure in tearing me apart and telling me the house would need a lot of work and would come out of my deposit. Which was a bit of a shock considering all my inspections were great. I was clearly extremely stressed but that didn’t bother his approach. Tensions were then extremely high and it pushed me to tears and I had to leave the house. He is nothing but a bully. I fear for his staff if that’s how he can treat his customers!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, Georgia helped me with a viewing for a perfect property for me and my daughter. I'd had issues with other estate agents with being a single Dad despite working full-time with a decent income, but Georgia went above and beyond and full credit for her and the rest of the staff for putting my referral forward to the landlord under the right light, and I was so surprised to find I'd been accepted considering how many applications I'd had rejected prior to David Plaister! Genuinely changed my outlook on Estate Agents under the current market demand, couldn't fault them!

I contacted David Plaster estate agents to sell a flat in Weston super Mare. From the outset, they were professional, engaging and working with my best interests at the core. I met David when he came to value the property and mainly dealt with Katrina and Chloe. I could not fault them. If I rang and they were not available they always rang that day or had someone ring on their behalf to update me. All questions were answered honestly or answers were sought. I had a clear understanding of the process throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. I do not usually leave reviews for anything or anyone, but they impressed me so much, I had to share my experience. I thoroughly recommend David Plaster estate agents and can honestly say that it was a pleasure working with them. Thank you so much for understanding my stress when selling my mother's home. A tough time made so much easier because of the human kindness of each person I dealt with. Whilst the staff are friendly and professional, for a seller Plaister was reactive rather than proactive. One of the adverts for our house, place on the market in late March, was never updated. For two months it said ‘hidden gem, be among the first to view’. They seemed to rely purely on online hits, with no targeted marketing, which translated to only 4 viewings in 8 weeks. They did not seem to manage buyer expectations well either. As it is the seller who pays the commission and not the buyer, they could do better. We felt they were resting on their laurels too much.

The worst agency for trying to secure a booking!! They are non responsive to emails, you call- they pretend to book you in, and on the odd occasion they do- it’s cancelled before you get there! Not sure how they’re still in business. Awful customer service!
