I recently attended a Landlord Health Check at Plaisters office in Weston. Free to attend a review of current procedures and the effect of the upcoming Renters Right Act is a must for all Landlords both self managing and those under the umbrella of an agent. I took away several pointers as to where we need to tighten or upgrade or policies and practices. Extremely professional delivery of the facts has encourag me to potentially use Plaisters services in the future. I encourage others to take up this offer of guidance structured for the good of Landlords in general.

I have very recently bought my house through David Plaister and now it's over it is my pleasure to write a glowing review of how professional and great everyone has been to deal with. My purchase took a while (nothing to do with the agent just the usual process with solicitors and chain etc) and both Katrina first and then Georgia kept me perfectly informed throughout. I cannot recommend David Plaister highly enough. Although we were one of many clients they certainly did not make us feel that way. They put together a What’s App group to keep us informed and also used Rello for sales progression, so you could see at a glance where the chain was 24/7. A truly five star service from start to finish.
