GoogleI have just bought a property through THW and the service has been excellent. They have treated me with respect and kindness throughout the purchase. Clare kept me up to date with the process the whole way through and has gone out of her way to help the sale progress. Prior to my house purchase I was letting a property through THW and have found them to be very professional in the lettings dept too. Lois looked after me from day one and is always polite and helpful and responds quickly to any queries I have. Overall a friendly and professional company. Thanks!

GoogleReally needed a 6th or 7th star for some of the ratings. Had one or two 'hiccups' (all my doing), but the team went above and beyond to get me through the issues and find me the perfect place. Friendly and extremely helpful agents have made what could of been a nightmare into an easy move...now just need to find where to put everything

GoogleHaving tried to sell through a difficult period and 3 chains collapsing, we then decided to rent our house through THW. We have been so supported by Joanne Nelson on the sales side and Clare Hoban on the rental side of this company. They have held our hands throughout the highs and lows. We wholeheartedly recommend THW Estate agents to everyone.

GoogleTHW have been a refreshingly professional, trustworthy and responsive letting agent. From the start, we have been impressed with the quality and transparency of their approach. They were pivotal in facilitating our rapid relocation into our current home, in conjunction with our landlord which we were grateful for, having had a string of hard luck with other agents and properties.
