greedy agency not believing in someone when they tell them they have 10 years of tenancy in a house, all they want is someone to make a lawyer, doctor or someone working in the house of Parliament salary to rent a property from them, absolutely a disgrace of an estate agent company.

GoogleHaving dealt with some pushy, useless and rude estate agents, it was a joy to find Simon at Winkworth's in Pimlico. From day one, nothing was too much trouble. He is knowledgeable and able to guide you through the process, and also ensure that the rest of the chain is behaving. He has a great sense of humour, which when purchasing/selling can be good medicine. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. It was a genuine pleasure to have him on my side - a thoroughly professional firm and service. They did what they said they would do in a timely manner and kept me informed at every step. I am genuinely grateful to them for making a stressful situation easy to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Knowledgeable at first and we could have gone with them but frustrating when consistently giving inadequate email replies to important questions and coming across as too relaxed and then petulant when we eventually went with another agent who was more on the ball.

GoogleChose Winkworths after Simons visit as he explained everything in a very clear, friendly and confident way. We were always informed in good time for viewings and kept upto date with what was happening. The sale was agreed in one day after negotiations on our behalf. Following the survey when the buyer wanted to reduce the price further Simon negotiated on our behalf to obtain the price we asked for. All in all the whole experience was positive and quick.

He was the agent for the sellers but helped us a lot as well in making sure the transaction went smoothly and everything staid on track. They have proved to be and stay swift in finding tenants, straight and accountable in dealing as well as reasonably cost effective.
