GoogleSam Brahman has been extremely professional and hardworking during our search for an investment flat and also for a new home. We have been looking at flats in different price ranges, and Sam has very aptly and patiently not only been able to show us a wide range of flats, but also put us in touch with his colleague for the sale of our house. We take all reviews very seriously and are sorry your experience has compelled you to lead a less than perfect review. However, we are genuinely puzzled here as your agent and you personally contacted us to arrange pre-completion access to store items and cut the lawn…. Both requests have been granted with good grace by the vendor, who certainly did not have to , and by ourselves without a trace of difficulty or rudeness.

GoogleWe wanted to sell our flat and tried two other agents without success before coming to Winkworth. The sales manager Stuart was positive and reassuring and in a difficult market, he and his team found us a buyer. Throughout the selling process Stuart and his team were professional, actively working to keep the transaction progressing. All telephone calls and emails were dealt with promptly and Stuart in particular was able to draw upon his long experience to help us through the process. We found his support invaluable and appreciated his calm and reassuring manner. Without hesitation, we would recommend Stuart and his team at Winkworth to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleI had a positive experience with Head of Lettings, Rubel Rouf. He was incredibly responsive to emails and we had multiple phone calls and inspections. Roo was well informed about the property and took a practical approach to problem solving, organising trades and preparing the property so that I could move in on my desired date (which was a quick turnaround over the Christmas period). I was very impressed with his work ethic and communication.
