I was very apprehensive when I first moved to London due to its roughness reputation however this estate agents has been incredibly efficient and supportive throughout my renting experience. Whatever queries I have they have been knowledgeable and responsive sorting whatever small issues I have experienced as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Venice Properties, 5 star service with the values of a family business!

GoogleHussein has managed my rental property for nearly 10 years now. He has also sold another property for me. He is professional, proactive and very responsive. I have dealt with numerous agents over the years (with other properties) and he is easily one of the best. I would highly recommend him to any landlord, as well as seller. You will receive an excellent service.

GoogleDon’t trust these disgusting parasites! Venice Properties bought the building I used to live and, regardless what my contract said, they tried to illegally evict me: they didn’t bother checking my contract, fixed term with no breaking clause, and didn’t even serve me section 21 notice, which is the landlords legal requirement if they wish to end a tenancy earlier (they could be taken to court if they don’t respect this). Moreover, every time I would meet them, they would talk to each other in Arabic (I guess, something I couldn’t understand) which was extremely disrespectful and oaf. Plus nobody seemed to want to assume any responsibility: when I had to hand over the keys and waited for 40 minutes and call two different people before someone finally showed up. Unless you wish to become homeless, stay well away from these horrible people: they are completely un capable to do their job

Dear Gabriel, I apologize for the negative experience you had concerning your deposit refund. As estate agents, we do not determine the amount to be deducted from the deposit. This decision is made by the landlord, and we can only relay this information to you. The independent check-out inventory noted several damages to the property, which led the landlord to suggest a deduction. Sincerely, Venice Properties

GoogleThe place was great.Accessible to public transportation and near to grocery shops and other retail stores. The 3 bedroom flat is spacious and has a wide garden area. This ia great for families.

GoogleAn absolute joke. The agent Yasser that i have been in contact with to which i said i will take the room responded to my emails and the "details" that he has asked for after about 8+ hours, just to tell me that somebody else has taken the room. No guidance whatsoever on how to secure a room and an absolute joke of customer service. If you as a renter want to beg for the attention of the agent who is supposed to sell you a "product" then you came to the right place.

Facebookstop participating in annoying inappropriate ads with Facebook. They are inserting your link as recommendations I'm making to a friend visiting London with her kids. my suggestion of canal boat ride from little Venice prompted fb to insert your link. fb is not doing you any favors.
