I recently contacted head office and spoke to a lovely lady called Ashley. From the start to the end she was fantastic. She clearly explained the process and made me feel at ease. I feel she really took the time to find out what my needs are. She clearly knows her job very well. Overall the service was 10/10 and I will definitely being recommending her.

Not a good experience. I have had two properties which they have managed for me for a few years. I have lost count of the errors, omissions, failures to follow-up on instructions and total mis-management. Their customers tenants and landlords deserve much better. As this situation has been going on for sometime, I think its the leadership in this business that need to change: - smell the coffee and leave

GoogleVery, very good company. Jamie Carroll found for us my dream apartment. It was nice to talk to him, he is cheerful, patient, caring and with a sense of humor. And handsome. Not that it matters when looking for an apartment, but it’ s fun. Then he introduced us to Henry who made all documents very professionally.
