I had a really good experience letting my flat through the Soho office; Scott, Nic and the the team provided me with a very professional service. They vetted prospective tenants closely and gave me very honest feedback.They were good at problem solving when issues arose and gave very valuable advice at each stage of the letting process. I would recommend them highly and of course, use them again.

Townends and now Stirling Ackroyd following the rebrand has been my property manager and agent since 2006. They have been highly effective in securing tenants and managing the property. In particular I have worked closely with Nicole who is an excellent, and extremely responsive property manager. She makes my life as a landlord alot less stressful and she is great at making sure tenants are well looked after.

Google**Worst agent for students looking for a flat** We are a group of students who has used this agent to find a flat in Holborn. The agent has always rushed us when explaining our agreement, poor attitude when asking for explanation. We are students who lack experience in flat hunting, we are not unwilling to pay but we want to know what we are agreeing to. They took advantage of our lack of experience and we figure out that there weren't willing to provide help.

Service was fine until something went wrong with a parking permit. Then suddenly nobody can help. All I’ve requested is a new permit and now there’s no responses to email!

GoogleStarted well until I paid the deposit, nice people but terrible process. Then they didn't send out the tenancy agreement until a month after I paid and signed up for the apartment and it didn't reflect the points in the original contract. Worse than that they signed "on behalf of" the landlord (you can't do that), which means the landlord is not bound by any of the terms and said he hasn't even read it. Great! Now they won't return my calls and the result is I have a load of furniture to store for 18 months, from what should have been an unfurnished flat. Nice one Stirling Ackroyd.
