GoogleAfter our original London accommodation let us down, we came across these apartments and booked. What an absolute gem!! We booked 3 days out, for just after New Years and did get a decent discount. We booked for a 2 bed apt and ended up with the 4 bed apartment.
Walking distance to all the West End attractions (Piccadilly, Shaftsbury Avenue, Chinatown), 10-15 mins to Green Park / Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, 20 mins to Harrods, etc etc.
In the midst of Embassies and High Commissions so generally very quiet for street noise in London.
The apartment was very clean, everything worked as it should. We were able to leave our luggage on the day of departure to collect later. The Regency fan in me was delighted to discover that this apartment building was next door to Beau Brummells' old place.
The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is to update their booking letter to confirm that your booking details are a pre-authorisation only and they will send a request for a deposit separately, with the balance due on arrival.

GoogleThis place turned out way better than I expected! It's in a super cool spot near Hyde Park and Green Park station. The apartment is huge and looks just like the pics they showed. The rooms are crazy clean, with all this new furniture that actually works. The living room has this massive smart TV, and the sofa fits like 10 people. The kitchen has everything, even a coffee maker. Both bathrooms are loaded with stuff, and they give you enough towels for the whole stay. They've got you covered with essentials for three days, so no worries there. The hot water heater works well, and the shower's hot water is reliable. However, during my stay in the really cold weather, it might not have been warm enough. And the manager is on top of things, quick to reply to messages. For the price, it's a steal!

GoogleWe were really shocked of how horrible such an expensive apartment was . It was nothing like the photos or the description. The apartment has majors issues in which no way any prestigious accommodation can have . Furniture is outdated, floors of the rooms are damaged, and bathrooms have some major damages. Moreover, the window has to be opened all the time for the air conditioning to work(imagine hearing the outside noises all the time). Washing machine didn’t work until the handyman came to fixed it after waiting few days. Dish washers doesn’t work properly, the dishes never got cleaned, so we stopped using the kitchen ware. Closets are broken and their doors can’t be closed. The most important thing that need to get attention is the the company would never respond to your concerns or show any cooperation or flexibility.

GoogleAbsolute example of apartment fraud. I booked and paid for a bigger house than I received. The customer service is non-existent. I kept calling them for 4 days and even left them 4 emails but never did I receive any single response from them whatsoever. I stayed there for 5 nights and never did they clean my apartment once. The water heater was not working as well and we ultimately had to shift to another place even after paying so much for this one. Please refrain from booking from these frauds!!

GoogleIt was an old apartment having low lights, loose wooden tiles, health faucet not working properly.
Curtains had no lining so sun light would lite up the rooms early morning then we had to manage somehow to sleep
Don't expect anything fancy. Even basic amenities like slippers.
They have not mentioned how often cleaning services are done.
I got 1 free cleaning service in my stay of 5 days.
They kept the lifts OUT OF SERVICE on Saturdays and Sundays after 5pm. After raising a complain to manager he just argued.
It was just the location which was good.

GoogleArrived with my husband and 2 year old, had a great time. Very comfortable to stay with a child- a suitable bed, a kitchen to cook her meals, a tv to watch her Netflix shows. Really felt like home. On top of that the flat was so clean, and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Of course, the location is perfect- had the park on one side, and all the other beautiful Mayfair streets on the other. We can’t wait to come back to our next vacation. Highly recommended!

FacebookEen appartement gehuurd voor 5 nachten op 51 Harrowby street. Dit al enkele maanden terug. Omdat ik naast bevestiging enkele dagen voor de reis nog niets had vernomen gebeld. Hen op verschillende dagen op alle genoemde telefoonnummers gebeld maar er werd niet opgenomen. Hierop een e-mail gestuurd. Als antwoordt kreeg ik tot mijn verbazing te horen dat ik de laatste dag niet meer in appertement mocht zijn omdat er onderhoud plaats zou vinden. Dit kon alleen deze dag. Als vervanging zou ik voor een nacht met mijn gezin naar een ander appartement moeten aan de andere kant van de wijk. Omdat dit ivm reeds geplande afspraken geen optie was gevraagd naar een andere oplossing. Deze werd niet geboden en genegeerd. Toen we zelf nog de opties om de laatste dag dan elders een hotel te boeken onderzochten werd de hele reservering geannuleerd door park lane appartments. Dit zonder verdere vorm van communicatie. Boek hier geen appartement en zoek verder! Ze zijn niet te bereiken in persoon en reageren laat. Daarnaast bekommeren ze zich niet om de klant! Zeer slechte klantenservice..

Mice poison in the kitchen!! There are two mice in the apartment and the administration says it is normal! Shabby and old mattresses, the carpet is stained with stains and insects in every corner of the apartment

GoogleWe have been stayed in well 50 vacation rentals over the years and this one was by far the worst experience we have had.
The main point they are hiding from you is the pictures in the listing are not of the unit you will probably be staying in. They have several of these apartments and while the number of beds is the same the quality of the unit is FAR from what is pictured. The terribly low quality in the workmanship in the 2 different apartments we stayed at can't be described adequately. The amount of corners being cut in maintenance is shocking.
The lobby of the apartment building is old and dingy and packed with suit cases, shipping boxes and trash bags. It feels more like a youth hostel in a bad part of town instead of a luxury apartment building.
We received zero communication before our check in. I was given a contact person that was going to check us in but they never answered repeated messages the days before our arrival. The office said he was busy and I just need to call him. The office wouldn't provide their phone number. If you look at their reviews on other websites it is clear they have been pulling this bait and switch game for a while.

GoogleDo NOT stay here. This has been the worst experience of my life. The staff was rude, we were ignored when we asked to check in, the manager made sounds of frustration and annoyance when we asked him again after an hour of waiting. Once we finally got our apartment we were devastated to see the condition it was in. The price was NOT worth the state that the apartment was in. The curtains were torn, the furniture was dirty and the apartment was overall in a terrible condition (holes everywhere). We left within 15 minutes of being inside the apartment and did not touch anything inside of it. When we decided to look for a place elsewhere we were not even offered the 50% refund. A complete waste of money.

GoogleClean venue however some of the doors and entrances could use with some fixing up. Creaking and slamming doors aren't ideal in the morning. Also bathrooms could be updated with more water pressure as the showers are lacking. Aside from that, the rooms were clean and spacious.
